You'll focus on growing our customer base, maintaining strong client relationships, and meeting sales targets.
- Developing and delivering a strategic sales plan
- Growing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Identifying market trends and competitor activity
- Analysing performance and adjusting plans to improve results
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven success in business development or sales account management
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Experience in the Cleaning, Hygiene, or Catering industries (preferred)
- Track record in new business generation and closing sales
- Target-driven, commercially minded, and a team player
- Confident with Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
