Known for reliability and strong industry presence.Your new roleAs an Internal Business Development Manager, you'll help shape and drive our sales strategy across the West of England. You'll focus on growing our customer base, maintaining strong client relationships, and meeting sales targets.

  • Developing and delivering a strategic sales plan
  • Growing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Identifying market trends and competitor activity
  • Analysing performance and adjusting plans to improve results

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven success in business development or sales account management
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Experience in the Cleaning, Hygiene, or Catering industries (preferred)
  • Track record in new business generation and closing sales
  • Target-driven, commercially minded, and a team player
  • Confident with Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Full UK driving licence (preferred)
