Business Development Executive

Salary: £27,000 -£30,000K + Uncapped Commission (Realistic OTE £35,000 - £40,000)

We’re looking for a dynamic, motivated Business Development Executive to join my clients growing team in Bristol! If you’re hungry for success, thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, and love building relationships, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. You’ll play a key role in driving new business across England and Wales, promoting our innovative "no win, no fee" business rates reduction service.

?? What You’ll Be Doing as a BDE:

  • Proactively generate new business through outbound sales and telesales activity.

  • Build strong client relationships and confidently negotiate and close new deals.

  • Hit and exceed sales targets - you’ll love chasing goals and smashing KPIs.

  • Follow up on warm leads and referrals provided by the wider team.

  • Book and attend at least 5 new client meetings per week.

  • Successfully close a minimum of 2 new deals per week.

  • Keep your CRM system up to date with all activity and sales pipelines.

  • Handle objections with confidence and professionalism.

�? What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 12 months B2B sales experience (essential).

  • Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.

  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

  • Proven ability to hit targets in a fast-paced sales environment.

  • Experience in business rates or commercial property is a bonus (desirable).

  • 2+ years B2B sales or appointment-setting experience would be ideal (desirable).
