Our client is strengthening their position within their technical product markets and as part of their growth plans now wish to appoint a Sales & Marketing Director to work closely with the Managing Director. The role is highly commercial requiring a strategic thinker who can personally drive high-value product sales, oversee lead generation and build strong routes to product specification across the UK and global markets.

The successful candidate will enhance the companys market position by achieving financial growth and meeting specific KPIs. This role is integral to the companys future through innovation, market insight, and the execution of key initiatives within the business.

For this role, candidates must bring a proven track record of developing and deepening strategic client relationships, evidencing when, and how, they have driven revenue growth and market expansion across diverse B2B, product-led markets. In addition, you must bring strong strategic planning and execution skills, with an ability to integrate sales and marketing initiatives effectively within a manufacturing context.

For this role, we are particularly interested to speak to candidates who have a passion for innovation and continuous improvement, are customer-focused and adaptable to dynamic market conditions, and who are capable of translating complex financial data into actionable insights.
