Red Recruitment is recruiting a Commercial Account Handler in Bristol City Centre to join our client on permanent basis. The salary for this position is up to £40,000 per annum and contains many benefits.

- Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities of a Commercial Account Handler:
- Supporting the activities of Commercial Account Executives and/or Directors regarding your allocated clients and new business, including broking, day-to-day queries, report writing, and administration
- Ensuring instructions are processed, recorded, and confirmed in a timely and efficient manner,r and the company diary system is maintained
- Helping to identify cross-selling opportunities and potential gaps in client cover
- Complying with the Individual Conduct Rules as required by the SM&CR regulations
- Undergoing training in line with agreed objectives and keep up to date with technical, legal and market developments
Key Skills and Experience of a Commercial Account Handler:
- You should be able to apply your previous knowledge and understanding to this role
- You will be expected to be able to prioritise and organise your own workload and to work to pressured deadlines
- Being able to negotiate effectively with insurers and clients is required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing is essential
- You will be required to work well as a member of a team
- You should also hold or be working towards a minimum of Cert CII
