Our Bristol-based client is urgently seeking ambitious, driven, and enthusiastic Sales Assistants with full-time equivalent availability to join their growing sales team. Due to high client demand, we are looking for individuals who can start immediately. Full training will be provided to ensure you fully understand the company, the clients you will represent, and how to make the most of this role.

• As part of the initial onboarding process, you will be able to shadow an experienced sales team leader, who will show you the ropes and help you get started.
• OTE of up to £30,000 within the first year, paid weekly from commission-based earnings.

Responsibilities:

• To attend initial training in the office, and our client recommends you also attend ongoing skill development sessions to enhance your ability to make sales and provide a good customer experience.
• To learn about the client, their products and services, and important statistics and information that can help you speak with customers and keep them informed.
• To speak with members of the public within face-to-face field sales campaigns, with the main purposes of providing a face for the brand, creating brand awareness, and generating sales on behalf of your client.
• To provide feedback on locations and sales stats/ratios to help the company better understand their processes and how to improve them.

Requirements:

• Customer-facing experience is ideal (sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing) but not essential for success; no experience is required.
• Willingness to undergo training and attend skill development sessions to improve sales ability.
• No qualifications needed.
• Must be willing and able to commute daily to the office based in Bristol (5 days a week).
• Must have excellent English speaking skills and be comfortable communicating with members of the public.
