Sales Operations Coordinator

£26,000 - £28,000 + great benefits inc. Healthcare!

Hybrid (2 days from home, 3 days in the office in Bristol)

The role

Our client, a fast-growing, forward-thinking company in Bristol, are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and highly organised Sales Administrator who brings calm order to fast-paced work! They invest heavily in people, pairing clear career plans with regular coaching and well-attended social events (think award nights and smart city venues).

What you’ll do

  • Prepare and process quotes, orders and tender documents
  • Keep HubSpot and NetSuite tidy; build simple reports when the data should speak up
  • Guard price lists, partner collateral and renewal trackers
  • Arrange meetings, travel and QBRs so diaries stay clash-free
  • Field inbound enquiries and keep the conversation flowing between sales, ops and partners
  • Lend a hand with company events and wider admin when needed

What you’ll bring

  • Proven sales-support or commercial admin experience
  • Accuracy, organisation and good written English as standard
  • Advanced Excel plus confidence with CRMs/ERPs (HubSpot & NetSuite a bonus)
  • A proactive approach and a calm head when priorities shift
  • Full UK driving licence and own car for occasional visits or events
  • Bonus points for MI / reporting experience!
  • Full UK Driver’s license and car
