Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with a supplier of refurbished IT & retail technology, with the appointment of a Sales Coordinator to join its Bristol-based team.

This is a vital role supporting the sales and operations functions across multiple countries. You will work closely with sales account managers, operations, finance, and customer service teams to ensure a smooth and efficient sales order process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and invoice sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
  • Act as the main communication link between salespeople, operations, and management teams
  • Communicate with customers and suppliers daily to maintain high service standards
  • Process some supplier orders and coordinate timely deliveries
  • Organise transport and create customs documentation where required
  • Maintain control of a high volume of incoming emails and requests
  • Support healthy cashflow by proactively contacting customers for outstanding payments via phone and email
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve disputes or delays in payments

You will have:

  • Excellent sales administrative skills and knowledge of import/export and customs processes.
  • Confident and proactive in engaging with internal teams, customers, and suppliers
  • High attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
  • Fluency in French is desirable.
