Are you a driver with a passion for helping others live independently? We're looking for a Temporary Outreach Support Worker to support adults with learning disabilities in their own homes across Bristol.

About the Role:
You'll be working closely with three individuals, providing 1:1 support to help them live fulfilling, independent lives. This includes:

Assisting with daily activities such as shopping and cooking
Providing support at appointments and community activities
Encouraging and enabling independent living skills
Building positive relationships and promoting choice and dignity

What we need from you:

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Experience in supporting adults with learning disabilities (preferred)
A patient, person-centred approach
Reliability and a can-do attitude
