What You'll Do

As a Community Support Worker, you will:

  • Provide hands-on, compassionate care in client's homes across the community

  • Support individuals with everyday needs-personal care, mobility, companionship, meal preparation, and more

  • Encourage independence, dignity, and confidence in those you support

  • Build positive relationships with clients and their families

  • Travel between care visits throughout Bristol and surrounding areas



Who We're Looking For

We are currently recruiting female-only care staff due to the nature of the role and the needs of the individuals we support. This is in line with Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.

To be considered for this role, you must have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, as you'll be supporting clients across different areas.

Whether you're experienced in care or just beginning your journey, what matters most is your compassion, reliability, and desire to help others.



Essential Requirements

  • Female applicants only (Equality Act 2010 - Schedule 9, Part 1)

  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own car

  • A warm, empathetic nature and a genuine passion for supporting others

  • Strong communication and people skills

  • Willingness to undergo training and a DBS check
