If so this exciting new role could be for you. We are looking for a mechanical maintenance supervisor to join our team and help us achieve our mission of beingleading expert in our field andproviding the best solutions for our customers.
Your role responsibilities:
- Responsiblefor the upkeep and general reliability of the equipment.
- Ensure plans and strategies are effectively undertaken
- To promote the environment and health and safety inthe workplace
- Delegate work appropriately
- Provide your teamwith development opportunities and coaching.
Requirements
- NVQ level 3 Engineering (or equivalent)
- Lean Six Sigma (Yellow belt) (desirable)
- Project management qualification or training
- Ability to trouble shoot under pressure and make recommendations
- Frontline maintenance experience within a continuous process manufacturing facility
- Experience of contractor management
Hours:Monday toFriday - Days
