About the role:

Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Team Leader to support the Client Director and Client Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring SLAs and key objectives are consistently met while fostering a service-driven culture. You will oversee team members who manage the processes and procedures for delivering our workforce solutions, driving high performance to achieve all objectives, KPIs, and SLAs.

Working closely with hiring managers in the financial sector, you will help build and maintain a strong, diverse talent pipeline. Additionally, you will design and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring all requirements are managed in accordance with established processes, milestones, and budgetary guidelines.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Overseeing the day-to-day framework and compliance of workforce solution processes, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to customer and supplier SLAs.
  • Setting individual and team objectives on a daily basis, ensuring they are met consistently.
  • Handling complex situations or escalations, resolving potential issues or conflicts effectively.
  • Supporting the leadership team by providing and collating performance metrics and data for client reviews.
  • Mentoring and providing development and training opportunities for less experienced colleagues.
  • Encouraging knowledge sharing and skills transfer within the team, optimising processes in line with evolving industry best practices.
  • Fostering a motivated and collaborative team environment, leading by example.
  • Developing and nurturing internal and external relationships.
  • Allocating work among the team to optimise productivity and meet objectives.
  • Managing requisitions and talent pipelines to ensure consistent recruitment flow.
  • Managing strategic projects to achieve business critical success.
  • Presenting workforce solutions to clients and stakeholders.

  • Accountable for meeting short-term targets and proactively monitoring and managing costs related to personal and team performance.
  • Responsible for performance management, training, and resource planning.

Knowledge and Application

  • Several years of financial services experience in a process-driven environment, with in-depth knowledge within the relevant business stream.

Experience Required:

  • Excellent people skills, with the ability to lead and support less experienced colleagues.
  • Target-driven, results-focused, and able to motivate others.
  • Experienced in managing and resolving issues effectively.
  • Able to liaise with all levels, demonstrating a positive, decisive, driven, and forward-thinking approach.
  • Client-focused and solutions-driven, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
  • RPO experience preferred.
  • A background in financial services is essential.
