We are seeking an experienced Building Safety Manager for a permanent position with a large housing association in Bristol.
The role requires managing compliance with the Building Safety Act 2022 and overseeing fire safety requirements.
Candidates should have experience in managing fire safety projects within social housing and hold a NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.
The position offers a salary of £64,000 along with 33 days of annual leave and a company pension scheme.

We are actively looking for an experienced Building Safety Manager to join a large housing association on a permanent basis in Bristol. Ensuring all landlords are in line with the compliance legislations covering the big 6
Overseeing that every element of the business is adhering to The Building Safety Act 2022
Managing the fire requirements, including fire risk assessments and fire compliance
Responsible for completing work across building safety cases, building safety reports and overseeing the structural safety of the buildings

Experience and qualifications:

Managed multiple fire safety projects within social housing and local authorities
Strong knowledge of up to date legislations
NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent
Experience in a senior leadership role
