Location: Bristol (with flexibility to be based in Reading)
Salary: Up to £50,000

TSR Legal are proud to be partnering with a highly regarded national law firm as they continue to expand their Real Estate team. As a result of this growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer, Conveyancing Executive, or Chartered Legal Executive to join their award-winning offices in either Bristol or Reading.

You will join a dynamic and collaborative team of 17 conveyancers and 8 administrative assistants, acting on behalf of some of the UKs leading housebuilders. This varied and rewarding role will see you managing a wide range of residential conveyancing transactions, including:

• Plot sales

• Part-exchange purchases

• Resale transactions

• General residential conveyancing work

You'll handle both standard and complex matters, with strong support from a technical legal manager and a dedicated pastoral line manager. The role offers continuous development opportunities, exposure to wider real estate work (such as site set-ups, section agreements, deeds of variation, and compliance certificates), and hybrid working for greater flexibility.

• Managing your own conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision

• Developing strong client relationships and maintaining excellent service standards

• Handling high transaction volumes with accuracy and attention to detail

• Drafting legal documents and utilising case management systems effectively

• Staying current with legal developments and commercial property trends

• Proven experience in residential conveyancing, ideally with plot sales exposure

• Strong client care and communication skills

• The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Excellent IT proficiency, particularly in case management systems

• A proactive, commercial mindset with great organisational skills

• Title investigation experience (desirable but not essential)
