This firm offers a modern, fully remote working environment and is now seeking a Qualified Residential Property Lawyer to join their growing team.

The Role
As a Residential Property Lawyer, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion. Key responsibilities include:
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Managing your caseload autonomously with support available from a dedicated team structure
- Drafting and reviewing legal documentation including contracts and title documentation
- Liaising with clients, lenders, agents, and other solicitors to ensure smooth progression of files
- Using a case management system effectively to maintain accurate records
- Ensuring all work complies with legal and regulatory requirements
About You
Were looking for someone who is:
- A qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive
- Experienced in managing a full caseload of residential property matters (minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience)
- Confident with digital tools and case management systems
- Excellent with client communication and focused on delivering a first-class experience
- Committed to continuous learning and personal development
- Proactive, organised, and able to work independently in a remote environment
