Credit Controller (Part-Time, 100% Remote)

This is a part-time, fully remote Credit Controller role that gives you exactly that.

You'll be handed responsibility, not just tasks.

You'll run credit control your way - working with clients who sometimes need a firm push, not a polite reminder.

No fluff. No billing. You're the escalation point.

Of c.80 clients, you'll be looking at the 20 that need closer attention.

Each client may have up to 20+ projects, each worth possibly £multi-millions.

Big-name clients who've had it too easy for too long.

They'll listen to someone who knows what they're doing. Someone like you.

And you'll do it without commuting, micromanaging, or wasting time on things that aren't yours to fix.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing the full credit control process: calling, emailing and letter writing to ensure outstanding debts are kept to a minimum.
  • Handle and resolve any payment disagreements or issues raised by customers, maintaining strong relationships while safeguarding the company's interests.
  • Using your judgement on how and when to escalate.
  • Keeping tidy records and producing straightforward AR/cashflow reports.
