This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is interested in becoming part of a dynamicTeam. The right candidate will preferably be already in administration role or similar, alternativelyin a support position with administration responsibilities,a super organised administrator lookingto do something different, no two days will be the same here. You will be the first point of call Supporting clients so a good customer services focus will be required, but the role will be interesting, changing and diverse.
Experience/Skills Required
ideally 2-3 years in an administration position (will consider less experience) personality key and able to
- Liaise with customers ensuring departments are kept up to date
- Resolve queries
- diary management and control and scheduling of meetings
- Updating and managing database
- legal paperwork
- logging customer issues
- Research
