About The Role
As a Sales Support Administrator, you will play a vital role in day-to-day administrative tasks that support company sales activities, directly contributing to the financial success of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Answer and process telephone queries from customers, suppliers, and colleagues
- Order Management: Take customer orders via telephone and process them through Sage
- Financial Administration: Produce delivery notes, customer invoices, and run daily profit reports
- Supplier Coordination: Place orders with suppliers for stock items and verify supplier bills
- Credit Control: Chase outstanding customer invoices via telephone and email
- General Administration: Distribute incoming enquiries, process customer audits, and take meeting minutes
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an office administration role
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping abilities
- Well-organized with ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated team player who can also work independently
- Excellent communication verbal and written
Salary & Benefits Package
- Competitive salary of £24,000 - £25,000 per annum

Working Arrangements
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am- 5:00pm (37.5 hours per week)
- Hybrid working: Tuesday - Thursday office based
