?? Location: Bristol?? Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Shifts from 08:30-17:00One week every four weeks from 09:30-18:00?? Hourly Rate: £12.21 ??? Contract Type: Temporary until September

What You'll Do:As a Customer Service Advisor, you will provide outstanding service by efficiently processing and booking jobs. Your contributions will support branch teams in meeting targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Include:

?? Handling incoming calls for new quotes, job bookings, and resolving queries? Validating job bookings and ensuring parts are checked before appointments?? Managing email correspondence and keeping branch managers updated?? Supporting branches in achieving their targets?? Maintaining accurate job notes

Performance Indicators:

Ensure jobs are booked and validated per contractMeet productivity targets and respond to emails on the same dayKeep calls answered within 20 seconds with minimal abandonment rates

Health & Safety:

Promote safe working practises and report any hazardsParticipate in risk assessments, acting as a safety role model

Data Security:

Handle confidential data following company policies

What We're Looking For:

Customer service experience and strong communication skillsKnowledge of company products and customer service principlesAccurate data entry and a proactive, positive attitude

Attributes:

Initiative-driven, resilient, and committed to high-quality workEffective in building relationships with customers and colleaguesStrong problem-solving skills with attention to detail

IT Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft applications and company-specific systems (training provided)
