Key Responsibilities:

Handling a high volume of inbound customer calls and emails

Providing accurate information and support regarding orders, deliveries, and services

Logging customer queries and updating internal systems

Investigating and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Liaising with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer journey
Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within an office or call centre environment

Confident communicator, both written and verbal

Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office software

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks
