We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Data Inputter to support a critical data migration project with one of our clients who is a leading financial services company based in Bristol. This role goes beyond simple data transfer, requiring an analytical approach to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency between systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in validating and organising large data sets while adhering to strict deadlines.

Details of the role:

Rate: Circa £200 p/d Inside IR35

On site: Twice a week in Bristol, hybrid role

Start date: Mid/end of April

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately input and transfer data from one system to another, ensuring data integrity.

  • Analyse and validate data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

  • Identify and rectify data discrepancies or anomalies during the migration process.

  • Work efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure a smooth and effective data transition.

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in a professional manner.

Skills & Experience Required:
  • Proven experience working with large data sets and data migration projects.

  • Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in data entry.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and validate data effectively.

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.

  • Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with team members.

  • Experience with data management tools and systems is advantageous.
