Data Asset Administrator- Bristol- 6 Months Contract(Immediate Start)

Location:Bristol

Hours of Work:Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm

Basic Salary: 26k-27k Per Annum (Pro Rata)

A World Leading Service Provider who operate on an International scale is seeking an experienced Data Asset Administratorbased in the Bristolarea working at a large corporate office site. The successful candidate would ideally need to be very client facing and has good experience withMicrosoft Office/Excel packages as it involves lot of data entry.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Collating existing and new data from asset collections/condition surveys to create a contract wide asset and condition report to be delivered within the first six months of the contract.
  • Accurate inputting and attention to detail and ability to review and extract the required information in an excel format to produce a detailed report of assets per site in accordance to contract specification.
  • Working alongside the existing administration and management team within the Bristol office.
  • General administrative tasks as necessary when required.
  • The Administrator may be required to carry out other duties as and when required by their Line Manager.
  • Regular meetings/ reports to review progress with the senior contracts manager / Admin supervisor

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent IT skills (primarily excel) a must.
  • Proven track record of completing similar projects.
  • Organised, able to prioritise and work to deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail both verbal & written
  • Have excellent & capable skills in IT documentation in Microsoft Office/Excel packages
  • To monitor IT systems, paperwork and contractual/company processes with regards to all Contract and Business Units requirements.
  • Respond and administer paperwork systems
  • Team player, flexible and able to work under pressure
