- Experience leading delivery teams and developing technical solutions within UK Public Sector programmes and projects (10+ years preferred).
- Strong technical background with the ability to engage with Public Sector stakeholders to shape and deliver solutions.
- Ability to build and lead high-performing teams, supporting and developing staff in technical roles.
- Understanding of Public Sector technologies, challenges, and commercial processes, particularly within UK Defence and Public Sector.
- Established professional network in UK Defence and Public Sector (preferred but not essential).
- Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to both technical teams and senior stakeholders.
- Commitment to inclusive leadership, empowering individuals and fostering a collaborative environment.
