£13/hour (Day Shifts) | £14/hour (Night Shifts)

Are you passionate about making a difference in people's lives? We're looking for compassionate, reliable, and resilient Temporary Project Workers to join our dedicated team supporting adults with mental health needs, many of whom are transitioning from secure services.

What you'll be doing:

  • Providing person-centred support to individuals with complex mental health needs
  • Assisting service users to develop life skills and increase independence
  • Promoting a safe, supportive environment in line with care plans
  • Working within a team and liaising with professionals across services

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in mental health or social care (preferred)
  • A calm, empathetic approach with strong communication skills
  • Flexibility to work day or night shifts
  • A genuine interest in supporting vulnerable adults
