What you'll be doing:

Providing person-centred support to individuals with complex mental health needs
Assisting service users to develop life skills and increase independence
Promoting a safe, supportive environment in line with care plans
Working within a team and liaising with professionals across services

What we're looking for:

Experience in mental health or social care (preferred)
A calm, empathetic approach with strong communication skills
Flexibility to work day or night shifts
A genuine interest in supporting vulnerable adults
