The Role
We are seeking a dynamic GeneralManagerto lead our team of managers and supervisors at a busy, family-focused attraction on the outskirts of Bristol. This is a high-volume, multi-outlet food operation, requiring a strategic and hands-on leader to drive performance, maintain quality, and maximise revenue during peak times.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of managers and supervisors to deliver outstanding food service across multiple outlets.
- Ensure food quality and service standards, creating a fantastic experience for visitors.
- Manage margins, costs, and stock control to drive profitability.
- Implement and maintain robust processes to ensure smooth operations, especially during peak periods to enable to team to be able to scale up with demand
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company policies.
- Work closely with senior management to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
The Candidate
To be considered for this role we are looking for candidates with experience in managing multi-retail outlets within a high volume business.
- Proven experience in a high-volume food operation, ideally within visitor attractions, retail catering, or leisure.
- Strong leadership and team management skills able to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
- A commercial mindset, with experience in maximising revenue and controlling costs.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
