Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Manage multi-channel campaigns across SEO, PPC, email, content, and paid social
  • Oversee content creation - including blog posts, landing pages, newsletters, and social content
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance
  • Conduct A/B testing and conversion optimisation to improve campaign performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-impact campaigns
  • Keep up with industry trends

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing (minimum 3-5 years in a similar role)
  • Strong grasp of SEO, PPC (Google Ads), email marketing, and social media advertising
  • Confident using analytics tools and creating actionable performance reports
  • A data-led approach with a creative edge
  • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g. WordPress), design tools (e.g. Canva/Adobe), and CRM platforms
  • A degree in Marketing or a related field is a plus but not essential
