Do you have a passion for nurturing young children in their earliest stages of learning?We're partnering with a warm and inclusive early years setting in Bristol to find caring and enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistants who arecommitted to supporting children's development through play, exploration, and positive relationships.�? Your Role Will Include:* Supporting children aged 3-5 in line with the EYFS framework* Assisting with planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities* Providing one-to-one and small group support to promote learning and wellbeing* Encouraging independence, curiosity, and social interaction* Helping with daily routines, classroom setup, and learning resources?? What We're Looking For:* A nurturing, patient, and proactive approach to working with young children* Strong communication and teamwork skills* Experience in early years settings (nursery, preschool, or reception class) - desirable* Level 2 or 3 Early Years or Teaching Assistant qualification -a plus, but not essential�?
