Your Role Will Include:* Supporting KS1 pupils across the curriculum alongside classteachers* Providing one-to-one and small group support tailored to early years learning* Creating a positive and stimulating classroom atmosphere* Helping children with additional needs access learning and build confidence* Assisting with classroom setup, displays, and general admintasks?? What We're Looking For:* A kind, patient, and proactive approach to working with young children* Strong communication and collaboration skills* Experience working with children aged 5-7 (school or other settings) - desirable* Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification - a plus, but not essential�?
