This small care home has a homely feel with cosy lounges and attentive staff who are really able to deal with the needs of individual residents
As the Home Manager, you will be supported by an experienced care team with a genuine passion for improving lives and creating warm, vibrant communities for older people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain exceptional standards of person-centred care, with a particular focus on dementia
- Ensure full compliance with CQC requirements and internal quality frameworks
- Build strong, trusting relationships with residents, families, and the wider community
- Promote a positive, inclusive culture that celebrates dignity, independence, and well being
About You:
- Home Manager or a Deputy Home Manager with a proven track record in elderly and dementia care
- A confident and compassionate leader who inspires and motivates others
- Full understanding of regulatory frameworks and best practice in dementia care
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a resident-first mindset
Salary:
- Offered in the region of 40,000pa DOE
- Discretionary bonus
- Contract: 40hrs per week
- 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
