Nursing Home Manager – Bristol
Salary: Circa £75,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Home Manager to lead our high-quality care home in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate leader with a strong clinical background and proven track record in managing successful nursing homes. The ideal candidate will combine exceptional leadership skills with a deep commitment to person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide dynamic leadership and strategic direction to ensure the home delivers the highest standards of care and compliance.
Maintain a safe, caring, and nurturing environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
Oversee all aspects of operational and clinical management, including staffing, budgets, compliance, and CQC standards.
Drive continuous improvement and quality assurance across all aspects of service delivery.
Lead and motivate the care and nursing team to achieve excellent outcomes and high staff engagement.
Take responsibility for regulatory compliance, audits, and action plans.
Deliver strong commercial performance, ensuring the home operates efficiently and sustainably.

About You:
Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD) with a valid NMC PIN.
Proven experience as a Registered Manager within a nursing home environment.
A demonstrable record of achieving positive CQC inspection outcomes.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and manage multidisciplinary teams.
Sound understanding of care home governance, safeguarding, and clinical best practice.
Experience in turnaround management or improving underperforming services would be highly advantageous.
Excellent financial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively.
