Ford & Stanley Talentwise, specialists in rail recruitment, are seeking Electrical Technicians to support a major Rolling Stock passenger door overhaul project in the South West of England.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing team working on essential upgrades to passenger train fleets, ensuring safety, reliability, and performance across the UK rail network.

The Opportunity

As an Electrical Technician, you will:

• Perform passenger door overhauls using schematics, diagnostic tools, and test equipment
• Work to strict safety and quality standards in a depot environment
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to meet delivery targets

What We’re Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
• Previous electrical Rolling Stock experience
• Electrical testing, fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics

Location & Hours

• Southwest England
• Monday – Friday, Day shifts (Flexible working hours may be available)
