An established social housing contractor in Banbury is seeking an Electrician to work in both tenanted and void domestic properties.
The position offers a pay rate of £26 per hour with CIS payments available, and a permanent salary of over £40,000 for those who transition to a permanent role.
Candidates are expected to have a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, along with 18th Edition and AM2 qualifications, and experience working on solar PV or air source heat pumps.
Responsibilities include completing wiring on heating systems, conducting EICRs, performing minor repairs, and liaising with home occupants.
A company van and fuel card will be provided, along with opportunities for progression and training.

I am looking for an Electrician to work in Banbury and the surrounding areas for an established social housing contractor. The candidates will be working within both tenanted and void domestic properties and have a van provided upon start.

In return, the Electrician will receive:

26 per hour (CIS payments available)
Company van and fuel card
Longer term work with the opportunity to go permanent if desired
Permanent salary 40,000+

As the Electrician, you will be:

Complete wiring on air source heat pumps, central heating and solar PV systems
Conduct EICR's, minor repairs and emergency call outs
Complete small installation e.g. extractor fans
Work with plumbers and electricians to ensure jobs are completed within time-scales
Liaise with home occupants and tenants
Ensure health and safety, company standards and policies are met

I am looking to speak to an Electrician who:

Hold an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
Hold 18th Edition and AM2 qualification
Have a UK full driving licence
Have experience working on solar PV or air source heat pumps
Have experience working within occupied homes
