You will benefit from a competitive hourly rate, company van and fuel card, standby pay, and the opportunity to transition into a permanent role. You'll be working across a variety of projects including housing associations and private customers.
As an Electrician, you will be required to:
- Carry out electrical installations including ventilation systems, lighting, Solar PV systems, and heating controls
- Ensure all works comply with MCS standards, company procedures, and the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Carry out repairs, remedial works, and urgent call-outs
- Manage your own workload and job updates via a handheld device
- Order required parts and liaise with residents and clients professionally
- Produce all required job sheets, certificates, and documentation
- Collaborate with the wider team and project managers to meet job quality standards
- Maintain and calibrate tools and equipment
- Attend staff briefings and contribute to company initiatives
In return, the Electrician will receive:
- £25 per hour (during probation period)
- £250 per week standby payment
- Time and a half pay for any call-outs attended during standby
- Company van and fuel card provided

We are looking to speak to candidates with:
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Electrical Systems
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification
- BPEC or equivalent qualification in Solar PV installation (preferred)
- Experience in domestic electrical installations
- Great customer service and communication skills
- A full UK driving licence
