My Client, a leader in the Warranty field for the automotive sector are looking for a driven and experienced Field Sales Executive with a strong background in the automotive industry to help establish and grow their footprint in a new patch as they expand into new regions.
As a Field Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to drive new business development within your territory by identifying and engaging with independent garages, used car dealerships, and other automotive businesses. You'll be instrumental in building relationships, closing deals, and promoting our suite of warranty products.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, target, and acquire new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with automotive retailers, garages, and dealerships.
Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Provide ongoing support and training to clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Represent the company at trade events, networking functions, and industry shows.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, market trends, and competitor activity.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a field-based sales role, ideally within the automotive industry.
Strong knowledge of automotive operations, particularly used vehicle sales or servicing.
Self-motivated, with a hunter mindset and the ability to work independently in a new territory.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively within your patch.
Competent in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
