IT Support Engineer | Bristol | Hybrid (3 Days On-Site)

We're on the lookout for a proactive IT Support Engineer to join the team in Bristol. This hybrid role (3 days on-site per week) is a fantastic opportunity to support a dynamic business by providing top-notch IT services and ensuring technology runs smoothly for our users.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing remote and in-person 1st and 2nd line support via our Service Desk
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware/software issues and application problems
- Installing and configuring IT hardware and software
- Supporting network infrastructure, Wi-Fi, backups, and an element of server management
- Maintaining asset registers and technical documentation
- Investigating security alerts and ensuring compliance with IT policies
- Delivering outstanding customer service and support to end users
What We're Looking For:
- Solid experience with Windows OS and Microsoft Active Directory
- Hands-on experience with Office 365 administration
- Proven track record in technical support within a business or service desk setting
- A customer-first attitude and strong communication skills
- A collaborative mindset with the drive to continuously improve
