Renowned for their commitment to sustainability, innovation, and outstanding customer service, this fast-growing business is dedicated to delivering expert advice while fostering a people-centric culture. With a strong focus on developing talent, they empower individuals to grow and succeed in their careers.

In this key role, reporting to the Associate Director, the People Advisory Manager will play a hands-on role in driving people initiatives and supporting operational priorities through a dedicated people advisory team. You will directly lead a Senior People Advisor, who manages a team of five supporting a specific service line of approximately 1,000 employees, including 100 senior leaders. Your focus will be on ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality, value-adding people solutions across the full employee lifecycle as well as providing guidance on complex employee relations matters. This is a pivotal time to join the business, with exciting transformation underway and the opportunity to influence and shape future strategy.

In this role, personal impact and credibility are essential to drive future growth. Such duties will include but will not be limited to:

  • Drive the consistent implementation of the people agenda across the service line - covering wellbeing, engagement, and inclusion - by partnering with internal teams and aligning initiatives to key strategic goals.
  • Develop credible, collaborative partnerships with senior leaders and people teams to support the smooth execution of people strategies and operational priorities
  • Lead the effective implementation of people change programmes by ensuring clear communication, alignment with the organisations values, and careful consideration of impact and risk.
  • Play a key role in shaping and delivering people initiatives that improve the employee journey and promote the organisation as a leading employer.
  • Gather and interpret workforce data and market benchmarks to generate insights that shape strategic people decisions and support continuous improvement in the employee experience
  • Offer expert, commercially focused guidance on policies and procedures, ensuring fair and consistent application while delivering practical solutions to people-related challenges.
  • Coordinate and facilitate key people processes, including performance reviews, reward cycles, and workforce planning, working in partnership with specialist teams to drive alignment and streamline execution.

You will bring a strong business acumen, exceptional stakeholder management, and proven leadership abilities, with the capacity to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while guiding a team to deliver people solutions aligned with business objectives. A deep understanding of best practices across the employee lifecycle, the ability to develop relevant and commercially viable people strategies, and thorough knowledge of current employment legislation are essential.

If you are CIPD level 7, with proven experience in delivery employee engagement, wellbeing and inclusion strategies, this will be of great interest to my client.
