Our client, a top law firm, has an exciting opportunity for a Talent Development Advisor to join their team!

The role:

This is a newly created Early Talent Advisor role where you’ll play a key role in developing, coordinating and delivering innovative talent programmes that support and grow the future generation of lawyers.

  • You’ll take the lead on building the talent pipeline through a range of careers initiatives, linking with schools/universities, running vacation schemes or law fairs and recruiting our future talent whilst working closely with them to support their development through to qualification.
  • This role will manage the Trainee solicitor scheme and develop and deliver alternative qualification routes such as apprenticeship, SQE and CILEX pathways, taking ownership for planning and delivering for early careers.
  • In addition, there is the opportunity to develop your skills in training design and delivery across the business and beyond the scope of early talent.

Key skills/experience:

  • Building early careers development pathways to include Trainee solicitor, solicitor apprenticeship scheme, CILEX, SQE or other professional qualifications.
  • Organising and facilitating law/career fairs and other early careers events.
  • Developing and delivering training materials, ideally within professional services, or a desire to learn how to design and deliver training.
  • Working in a client focused role and delivering exceptional client service at all times.
