We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our signature client's dynamic recruitment team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity to support a volume recruitment campaign for a forward-thinking organisation that champions equity, diversity, and inclusion. The role offers the chance to work with a collaborative team while making a real impact on their talent acquisition processes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain accurate candidate and vacancy records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Act as primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Utilise various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, and referrals to attract top talent
  • Review CVs and conduct phone screenings to assess candidate suitability
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, conducting structured interviews with candidates
  • Support compliance activities and ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations
  • Assist with preparation of job descriptions, offer letters and recruitment documentation
  • Champion recruitment processes and best practices throughout the organisation

What we are looking for:

  • Previous recruitment experience, in particular conducting interviews
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Organised and able to deal with queries in a timely manner
  • Experience working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

You will have an eye for detail, be highly organised and a confident communicator.

Location and working hours:

This is temporary hybrid position in central Bristol (no parking). Working hours are Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm or 9.00am to 5.30pm paying £13 per hour.

We require 2-3 months commitment.
