Do you have a proven track record in volume recruitment? Are you able to build great relationships with line managers whilst managing multiple vacancies?

We are actively recruiting a Talent Acquisition Partner for an established employer with clear growth plans and a solid pipeline of commercial business projects. This will be a busy role for an experienced recruiter who can manage their workload effectively and control recruitment hiring processes well.

DAY TO DAY:Supporting HR manager with recruitment strategy to deliver business growth

Owning annual recruitment budget and monitoring spend

Working closely with line managers to influence effective recruitment

Promoting roles on job boards & portals, also researching new advertising solutions

Proactively sourcing candidates

Utilising effective screening protocols in to create and present vacancy short lists

Ensuring all candidates are updated throughout process, including rejecting unsuccessful applicants in a timely manner

Liaising with line managers to regularly update on status of roles & creating solutions for more challenging hires

Collaborating with recruitment agencies where needed, owning recruitment PSL

Organising all interviews, attending interviews, making offers and ensuring all background checks are in process

Owning full compliance, IR 35, onboarding, new starter inductions

Attending relevant external events / careers / job fayres,

Promoting and improving the employer brand

WE WOULD LIKE TO SEE:

Volume recruitment experience, including attending interviews and using metrics to score

Proficiency with ATS systems,

Strong relationship skills and a good approach to problem solving

Resilience and an ability to manage change in a high pace environment
