Overview

We are recruiting several Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) Managers to support the next generation of complex systems for a global defence customer base. TheILS Manager roleoffers the opportunity to develop programme management and customer-facing skills while working on high-profile international projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage ILS activities to ensure effective through-life support of systems

  • Apply predictive logistics models to optimise availability and performance

  • Plan and coordinate support activities from supply chain through to customer delivery

  • Manage multiple priorities and resolve issues across programmes

  • Contribute to the development of support models and strategies

About You

  • Proven experience in Integrated Logistic Support/ILS Management is essential

  • Broad engineering background; degree in a technical/numerate discipline beneficial

  • Knowledge of weapon or complex systems support models preferred

  • Strong analytical and planning skills

  • Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
