Graduate Air Quality Consultant



Location: Bristol Salary: 25,000 - 29,000 (DOE)



The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a Graduate Air Quality Consultant to join their growing Bristol team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside some of the UK's leading experts in ambient and indoor air quality, developing your technical and analytical skills in a collaborative and supportive environment. You'll play a key role in delivering innovative, science-led solutions to help tackle air pollution and support sustainable development.



What You'll Do

As a Graduate Air Quality Consultant, you'll contribute to a wide range of environmental projects by:

  • Conducting air quality assessments and dispersion modelling using tools such as ADMS or AERMOD

  • Collecting and analysing environmental datasets to inform technical assessments

  • Preparing clear, accurate technical reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders

  • Working closely with senior consultants to deliver high-quality, practical solutions

  • Supporting the development of innovative approaches to address complex environmental challenges



About You

We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic graduate who is keen to build a career in air quality consultancy. You'll bring:

  • A BSc or MSc in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a closely related discipline

  • A strong interest in air quality, emissions, and environmental impact assessment

  • Familiarity with air dispersion modelling (ADMS / AERMOD) - desirable but not essential

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
