Our client, a dynamic and vibrant fitness organisation, is seeking enthusiastic Event Assistants to join their team in Cardiff. Role: Event Assistant (Temporary)Location: CardiffPay: £13.10 per hourDates: 29th, 30th, 31st May & 1st JuneShift Times: Various shift times between 6am and 11pm (Flexibility is key - let us know your availability!)
What You'll Be Doing:
- Welcoming participants and managing a smooth check-in process using iPads
- Handing out bib numbers, race-day essentials, and merchandise vouchers
- Distributing wristbands, timing chips, refreshments, and smiles
- Supporting the event sponsors and merchandise team (some lifting may be required!)
- Keeping the energy high and the vibes positive all day long
What We're Looking For:
- Previous customer service experience
- A positive, confident, and hardworking attitude
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Well-presented and ready to represent the brand with a smile
- Someone who's not afraid to get stuck in and bring the hype!
