REED Marketing & Creative are pleased to be partnering with a key client based on the outskirts of Bath who are seeking a Webinar and Virtual Events Manager to join their Editorial and Operations team. This role is pivotal for the business and will see the successful candidate managing the planning, delivery, and quality of webinars and virtual events for their global clients. You will ensure delivery to the highest standards, providing an exquisite client and speaker experience, and driving the optimization and development of their webinar and virtual event products.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Own the webinar and virtual event delivery process from planning to execution, including on-demand performance.
  • Serve as the internal expert and point of contact for all matters related to webinars and virtual events.
  • Enhance engagement, effectiveness, quality, and results by monitoring key KPIs such as registrations, attendance rates, and engagement metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and a high-quality client experience, leading by example to support training and delivery across the organisation.
  • Continuously improve the performance of their product offerings through regular competitor analysis, client/audience feedback, and collaboration with technology partners.
  • Manage the webinar schedule and inventory to maximize efficiency and capacity.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a results-driven self-starter who is comfortable managing a variety of projects and has exceptional communication skills with confidence in leading projects or events. Experience in a project or campaign management role, or a commercial role, such as account management, sales, business development, or product management; ideally in a digital marketing agency or publishing company would fit quite well for this role.

You will have a client-oriented approach to product management, delivery, and improvement and be proficient in using digital platforms and technology for high-quality event and campaign production. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to plan, innovate, and execute resourcefully under pressure.

Experience in digital tools and systems such as Vimeo, HubSpot, Canva, Monday.com, and Adobe Creative Suite is desirable, video editing and social media skills are a plus but not a prerequisite.
