Our client owns and operates an expanding group of contemporary restaurants and is seeking an Assistant Manager to join this well established team in the heart of Bristol.

Duties & Responsibilities

Reporting into the General Manager, the Assistant Manager will work across all areas of the business supporting the operation and achievement of financial results.

This is a busy operation offering both a bar popular with locals, dining area and considerable outdoor and event space.

This is an exciting time to be joining this company, an established group with exciting plans across the portfolio to open news sites.

Candidate Requirements

To be considered for this position candidates should come from a hospitality background and have experience in a fresh food restaurant.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate their ability to lead and develop a small team to achieve consistent service delivery.
