Temporary - currently until end of September

Tate are working with a local authority in their search for a Senior Administrator on a temporary basis. You will be supporting the wider team and there will be project duties as and when.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary and inbox management
  • Ensure emails are prioritised, sectioned and managed
  • Support at key meetings - arranging and taking notes when required
  • Identify and flag potential issues or risks
  • Supporting with reporting
  • Propose changes to ensure the team are streamlining processes and working effectively

Skills/experience:

  • Diary management experience
  • Administration experience
  • Public sector experience
  • Proactive and comfortable managing a varied workload
