Great opportunity to support a logistics operations team to oversee their network operations, ensuring that relationships, performance and improvements is lead across the network.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day pallet network operations across the Southwest.
- Coordinate freight movements with partner depots, ensuring all deliveries and collections meet service standards.
- Oversee load management, ensuring adherence to delivery schedules and KPIs.
- Monitor operational performance through KPIs and implement improvements to maintain service excellence.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and network partners, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure all compliance, documentation, and reporting requirements are met.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar Pallet Network environment
- Experience in customer management
- Excellent communication skills
