This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional to support complex client reporting and provide valuable insights that shape strategic decision-making across the business.
The Role
As a key member of the FP&A team, you will:
- Deliver accurate and timely financial reports to clients in line with contractual requirements.
- Support the development and implementation of Management Information tools.
- Improve and document internal reporting processes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT teams, to enhance reporting capabilities.
- Partner with clients to understand and meet customised reporting needs.
- Contribute to ongoing data quality improvement initiatives and client MI projects.
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, INDEX(MATCH), VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, and SUMIFS.
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
- A collaborative, solution-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
