An international professional services firm are hiring a Finance Business Partner. This is a newly created and pivotal role within the Finance team.

Based in Bristol on a hybrid basis, this role will see you business partner extensively with stakeholders, ensuring you manage financial performance and ultimately drive strategic initiatives.

The business is going through an exciting finance transformation whilst also expanding their commercial finance team. This is a great time to be joining the business providing insightful reporting and analysis whilst developing strong working relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day financial performance whilst providing revenue, cost and KPI oversight
  • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast and analyse business performance.
  • Manage and review aged Work In Progress (WIP) and debt, ensuring effective control and optimization.
  • Support the delivery of the financial planning cycle including budgets and forecasts

What we are looking for:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Proven experience in a finance business partner role within a professional services firm.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modelling, strong proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities - able to explain finance topics to non-finance stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
