We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Finance Manager to join a busy head office based in Yate.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a varied environment, possesses excellent prioritisation and multitasking skills, and is always ready to support the key stakeholders in the business.
Please note this is an office-based role.
Hours TBC but ideally spread over 3-4 days.
Duties include:
- Provide customer and supplier credit checks.
- Support the weekly cash flow forecast.
- Prepare and enter journals into Sage.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and other nominal ledger control account reconciliations.
- Support the preparation of management accounts and month-end duties.
About you:
- Experience with management accounts preparation
- Ability to prioritise workload with a hands-on approach
- Previous experience covering sales and purchase ledger
- Commitment to excellence, flexible and comfortable under pressure
