Are you a Financial Services Administrator looking for a role where you can make a difference? Join a forward-thinking firm where you will work closely with advisers, ensuring clients receive first-class service and tailored financial advice.

You’ll play a vital part in supporting financial advisers; preparing client review packs, updating and validating plan information, and ensuring all valuations and income data are accurate. From producing client valuation reports to liaising with providers and chasing outstanding information.

Responsibilities include

  • Preparing client review packs with up-to-date valuations, policy information, and costs and charges
  • Requesting and chasing plan information from providers and updating IO systems
  • Producing comparisons on investment propositions and assisting with research
  • Processing new business applications and liaising with providers to ensure timely completion
  • Maintaining accurate client files and ensuring compliance with FCA rules and company procedures
  • Collaborating with advisers and support teams to deliver excellent service to clients

What we’re looking for

  • At least 1 year experience within adviser support or financial administration
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • A methodical, accurate, and proactive approach to work
  • Competence with IT systems and confidence in learning new platforms
